This is all over the news today...Mick Fanning survives near shark attack during his Finals heat at the JBay Open in South Africa. He fought the shark off by punching it in the back and kicking & screaming. As watermen, this type of thing is always in the back of our minds. It is so crazy to witness it during an actual competition though. Glad he's alright! Finals are scheduled to resume on Monday at the earliest.
